I would think twice about getting a red card. Each credit card you own lowers your credit score at some point. Also, you have to really consider how much you really spend at target. Even if LEGO does sell them seperately, I highly doubt they would be cheaper than on BrickLink.

It is a mistake. The DPCI for this item is actually for the Kingdoms Outpost Attack set, which is on sale this week for $18.99
