Just to make a relevant point, my Attack on Weathertop arrived in perfect condition this afternoon. I'm in Maryland and it shipped from Pennsylvania.

Gasp - some prices (at toysrus.com) appear to be at or below MSRP, eligible for the promotion *and* in stock for shipping (shoprunner eligible even)!
