Well I'm glad to see that this was way buried at the bottom which was the reason I did not find it when I made my own post.

Found a whole bunch of them at my local Target in Valparaiso IN. At the checkout counters. They were not there the night before when I had visited.

Found lots of these at the Tanasbourne Target in Beaverton, Oregon.

After all these months I'd given up hope of ever finding these at a Target in Sacramento, but today I found some near a register at the Sunrise Greatland.

I went back today and cleaned them out for 1.99 each. The cashier was like Kristen Wigg on SNL, asking where I found them and begging me for one.
