I can never get the Kids Club 30% off to work online, only in stores. Not sure why you are having trouble with the 20% though, I used it fine (both of them) for two seperate orders of X-Wing for a total, with tax of $45.00 each [darn CA tax].

I believe so. I have yet to have a problem with it. I just walk up with my lego set and my 30% off, they scan the bar code, and viola. If the bar code doesn't work (which has happened a couple of times) then they just type in the kids club member number, and then viola. They haven't said no yet.
