The new weekly Target ad list Star Wars Imperial V-Wing Starfighter (7915) or City 4×4 Fire Truck (4208) for $18
This is (a weak) 10% off MSRP for both.
This will likely be both online and in store, and expect a price match at amazon.com

Mine says $16. I think it depends on location. I'm in NJ.

From Local Ad: Imperial VWing Star Fighter or City 4x4 Fire Truck $16. All other City and Star Wars on Sale. (though the large sets 10212 Imperial, 10188 DS, 10221 SSD aren't discounted on the website)
Though the ones listed below (with asterix) are listed on the website as Online only (and, oddly, the 4x4 and V-Wing are listed at 18.00)

IMO the best deal is the Sith Nightspeeder 7957. Thought for 19.99 it was good for the minifigures. At $16 its even better. All the rest are basically only loose change less that retail. Was disappointed with the offers when I left Target this morning.

Some stores have it at $15.99, and some others have it at $18.83 or something along those lines. YMMV so I would call ahead.

Here in Appleton, WI it seems like we are seeing the advertised sets on sale for $18, not $16. Which is interesting because the fire truck has had a temporary price reduction to $18 for weeks. Since that 10% is likely to be the best discount we'll see in stores this week, I don't think it's worth venturing out on this one.

I took pics the other night of the long term $18 price on the Ambulance here in NYC (dating back to the $15 everywhere else sale =-) with a tag for $23.59 or so right next to it... in fact despite "5% OFF!!!!" markings almost every Lego item they had was marked up 10-20% over the normal prices at that Target (I only live a few blocks away so i'm there regularly)
