I contacted CS yesterday. Missing catalog AND magazine. My suspicion is my mailman is a LEGO fan too lazy to sign up for the mailings. ;)

Same here : ( I'm fighting the urge to be suspicious of my letter carrier.
Same issue here...I bet it ended up in my neighbor's mailbox!
When I called Lego, she told me it's a policy to stop sending these after a certain period. Especially if they can't tie any sales back to them. She's sending one, sure hope it has a coupon!

It won't. I was told the same thing last week, catalog arrived without a coupon.

Her comment was interesting to me, because I have made purchases from shop.lego.com, but didn't know i had to put in my catalog code to make sure that I would keep getting catalogs. You'd think it would tie to LEGO ID.

I think the problem might very well be Canada Post. I really hope I receive my trade items. :(

I called CS today and she is sending me a catalog. I asked if I was taken off the list. She said that they don't subscribe customers to the catalog and while they have 4 per year, plus two seasonal ones, they do not mail them to everyone each time. So she said in the future if I don't receive it, I can call for it. But this really makes it slim to none of getting a coupon.

She did say that if you order from the catalog (and I guess give the number on the back), you are more likely to get one next time. However I rarely order on-line and I never give the catalog #.

Got my fall 2012 catalog and it contained yet another 10% off coupon (9/4-9/30).

I received the new Fall catalog with a coupon and the Summer one that I never received (no coupon) did arrive last week.

Got the catalog, but no coupon (I never have seen a coupon in any of them before either). There's a Promo Code on the back that lets Lego know that you're ordering from the catalog, but entering it as a promo code just gives an error on the website.

I ended up buying the Fire Brigade simply because it's not in the catalog anymore so I figure it'll go away soon.

The Motorized Excavator is already gone, and while the Unimog isn't in the catalog either, I think it'll stick around for a few more months. Still, if you were considering picking one up for parts I'd jump on the next available Toys 'R Us sale before they're gone.

I just want to mention that I had a similar problem. I stopped getting the Lego club magazines and catalogs earlier this year. It's strange because I'm a VIP member, although I suspect it has something to do with a few months of not ordering online. Who knows. Anyway, I went on the website and filled out a form to request the club magazine, and 2 days later I got the most recent club magazine and the catalog. (Catalog had the haunted house on the front... I assume that's the fall one, right?)

So in short, go fill out the web form to request the club magazine and you should start getting them again. Use this link or google "Lego request magazine" if this doesn't work right:
