Spotted the Police Helicopter 30222 polybag today at a Chicago TRU. They were in the process of resetting the Lego section and I found it in a box on a cart along with other new sets like the new Hobbit sets. It was not in their system yet, so I don't know what the price will be.
This was previously a S@H promo and apparently was also available at Walmart earlier this year.
