Chima Constraction/Ultrabuild Fire+Ice Availability?

I was poking around on Brickset and LEGO.com trying to find out more about these:

I think these got released overseas a while ago (August 2014-ish) but I haven't seen them in the US yet and I can't really find any info on their release here in the states. I found an article or two that said they were cancelling the line and not releasing them but then another saying they're cancelling the cancellation.

Heck if I could I'd just contact LEGO myself and ask them what's the deal if I knew how too. ha ha

Can anyone help me out here? I'd really like to get my hands on them in a retail store at MSRP so I don't have to go through online shops that price gouge the heck out of them from overseas.

These were never released in the US and Lego has no plans to do so. Your only option is pretty much over seas.
