At my local its 40%, and the Cap/Hydra set and Grievous wheelbike each had slight $1 markups to $20.99 and $25.99 respectively

If you use the Toys R Us credit card on Thursdays, you are supposed to get 10% of your purchase. I don't know if it does it automatically (probably doesn't...we are talking about TRU) or if you need to mention it to the cashier. It will be interesting to see if the discounts stack.
