Is there a way to get the code without having the BN account? I don't have an account (yet)...

I've never shopped at BN before .... What carrier do they use for Canadian deliveries? There is no duty, UPS fees or anything like that added once the item gets to your door?

I am disappointed lately with bn shipping and packaging. I think they stop using US priority mail to canada as lately all my purchases have been taking longer to ship to toronto (more than 2 weeks) and they are coming in through M-bag (a large USPS postal sack containing the box/package). This bag is good for weather protection though.

Thank god someone at bn.com double box this as the studio set takes up one typical lego box tight all around. The bn packager put this tight box in an amazon-like packaging box (ie. not that sturdy). One corner of the outside box was smashed/dented with a big hole, which had me worried but this was before I knew there was this inner package. The result are two minor corner dings to the set, but overall no need to complain to bn.com.
